About SyncPoint

One integrated platform for running a growing organisation — built by Fellow Systems Ltd, from Malawi.

Our Story

Fellow Systems Ltd develops software that helps SMEs, NGOs, and institutions run their day-to-day operations. SyncPoint started as a project management tool and grew — through close partnership with real organisations — into a full company operating system.

Today, SyncPoint covers the complete business lifecycle: company setup, HR and payroll, projects and operations, financial accounting, fixed assets, inventory, performance dashboards, and governance — all connected, so every department works from the same source of truth.

Mission

Help growing organisations run their entire operation on one trustworthy system — no data silos.

Built with customers

Every module ships tested against real workflows — finance to field tasks — and verified end-to-end before release.

Malawi & beyond

Built in Malawi for the SADC region — local tax rules, payroll standards, and business practice built in.
